Each of our tastefully designed apartments spans 55 sqm, boasting 1 or 2 bedrooms, and is complemented by a lush 100 sqm garden featuring a playful playground and a BBQ area.
SEAgull apartments, meticulously renovated and perfectly positioned in the center of Nea Peramos Kavala. Gaze upon the majestic sea and be captivated by the sunrise views. Unwind in our spacious 75 sqm apartments, thoughtfully adorned with 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 elegant bathrooms.
Indulge in sheer luxury within our exquisitely appointed apartments spanning 55 sqm to 75 sqm, each offering one or two bedrooms. The allure of our well-tended gardens, complete with BBQ facilities and a playground, creates an idyllic retreat ideal for families and travelers alike.
Your comfort is our topmost priority. We take care of your needs with fresh towels and sheets, thoughtfully changed every 3-4 days during our meticulous cleaning routines. Upon your arrival, you'll find essential amenities to enhance your stay, from soap, shower gel, and shampoo to toilet paper, coffee capsules (for our modern coffee machines), and sugar.
We understand the challenge of the mosquitos during the Greek summer. Rest assured, all our apartments come equipped with window screens to keep these unwelcome guests at bay. Additionally, we provide 2 mosquito-repelling machines, ensuring you enjoy a peaceful and uninterrupted stay.
